Fees are a guide, per building, exclusive of VAT. Every project is quoted individually before we start, with no obligation.
Planning permissions

Commercial premises & ERP
Shops, restaurants and public-facing premises: accessibility dossiers, fire safety, and the ERP process from survey to approval. Quoted per project.
Are these fees fixed?
No. They are honest ranges so you can budget. Every project receives a written individual quote before any work starts.
