Do we need to be in France to work with you?

No. Most of our clients start their project from the UK or elsewhere. Surveys happen on site; everything else can happen by email and video call.

Do you really cover the whole of France?

Yes. The rules change from commune to commune, and reading each commune's rules is precisely the job.

How long does a permit take?

Once submitted, the standard instruction period is one month for a Déclaration Préalable and two to three months for a Permis de Construire, longer in protected areas. Preparing a strong dossier before that is what we control.

Do I even need an architect?

For most houses over 150 m² of floor area, French law requires one. Below that, you are free, but a well drawn dossier is usually the difference between approval and refusal.
