02 — What we do

Design, permission, and everything in between.

Design

Surveys, sketches, plans and photomontages until the design is right. You see the existing state and the future state side by side before anything is submitted.

Planning

We put together the complete Permis de Construire or Déclaration Préalable dossier: plans, elevations, notices and forms. Nothing is left for you to fill in.

Follow-through

Submission to your mairie, exchanges with the administration and the ABF where required, then RE2020 attestations, surveys and contractor drawings after approval.

04 — The method

Five steps, in the right order.

The French system rewards projects that arrive complete and in sequence. This is the sequence.

  1. Feasibility

    We check what your commune's rules allow before you commit. A Certificat d'Urbanisme secures the position in writing.

  2. Design

    Surveys and drawings until the design is right, with existing and future states side by side.

  3. The dossier

    The complete Permis de Construire or Déclaration Préalable file, ready to submit.

  4. Submission

    We submit to your mairie, follow the instruction period and answer the administration, including the ABF in protected areas.

  5. Beyond approval

    Site display board, RE2020 attestation, surveys and contractor drawings. We stay with the project.
